Conditions & Limitations

• The buyer is guaranteed with the correct operation of the equipment from the date of sale, irrefutably confirmed by the distributor, representative or the factory.

• The internal batteries from wireless communication module (MCI) have a guarantee of 2 (two) years.

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Devices must be used in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.

• Warranty claims must be submitted within the active warranty period.

• The warranty is not applicable if the equipment has been altered, hit, subjected to improper use or stress, has been repaired unauthorizedly, or was connected to a faulty electrical installation, including network voltage variations outside of tolerances, as well as incorrect voltages of any nature, as well as fire, water, falls, or impacts.

• The warranty does not cover electrodes.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered defective or the wrong item was shipped. We cover outbound shipping of replacement items in verified warranty cases.

If the issue is covered, we will offer a free repair, replacement, or refund—at our discretion.
