Return and Refund Policy

Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened, used, or damaged items may not be eligible for return.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

  • Authorization Required: Please contact us at studioemsdistributors.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any item back.

Note: Unauthorized returns or returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Returns

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • If the product is returned in non-resalable condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund or charge a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the hygienic nature of facial technology devices and safety concerns, the following are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened devices

  • Consumable components (e.g., gels, adhesive pads, electrodes)

  • Items marked as final sale or promotional gifts

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue—whether through a replacement, repair, or full refund.

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue
